Ute Lemper: Berlin Cabaret

Singer and actor Ute Lemper, with 8-piece band directed by Robert Ziegler, brings to life Berlin’s cabaret scene of the 1930s with famous songs, savage satire and politically-charged performances.

Centring on works by Kurt Weill (including the iconic Mack the Knife and Annie’s Song), the programme includes music by Spoliansky, Hollaender and Gershwin.

Ute Lemper, known to many as the star of Cabaret on Broadway and in the West End, has a vast and varied career, spanning 40 years and 30 albums.
