The Radiant Heart – A Litha Solstice Ritual at Oakhenge

At Litha, the longest day of the year, the sun stands still in all its glory — illuminating everything it touches.
We gather to honour the height of light, the fullness of life, and the radiance that burns within each of us.

Through breath, sound, and ceremony, we will:

🔥 Ignite our inner solar energy through movement and mantra
🌻 Create sun-charged intentions to carry into the waning half of the year
💫 Join in a communal blessing for vitality, courage, and illumination

This ritual is both grounding and expansive — a celebration of embodiment, joy, and the golden warmth that connects all things.

Includes herbal iced tea and solstice-inspired treats after ceremony.
