The Flame of Renewal – An Imbolc Ritual at Oakhenge

As the earth begins to stir beneath winter’s veil, we gather to honour Imbolc — the Festival of Light and Awakening.
This gentle evening invites you to rekindle your inner flame, cleanse the heaviness of winter, and open to the quiet promise of renewal.

Together, we will:
✨ Ignite Brighid’s fire within through candlelight and invocation
💧 Bless water as a symbol of purification and new beginnings
🌾 Move and breathe to awaken the body’s returning vitality
🌸 Create a simple offering of gratitude for the coming spring

The ritual blends meditation, movement, energy work, and sound, woven in the Oakhenge way — where earth, body, and spirit return to harmony.

No prior experience is needed. Bring your warmth, your openness, and a small white candle to place on the communal altar.

$30 per person
Includes herbal tea and light seasonal treats after ceremony.

Imbolc marks the turning from stillness to motion — a time when the first shoots push through frozen ground and Brighid’s sacred flame returns to bless hearth and home. It is a celebration of hope, healing, and rebirth.
