The Expressive Line In Life Drawing With Enrique Hernandez (Cambridge)

You will begin with fast-paced clothed, gestural studies and playful drawings with a partner (in pairs) before moving on to drawing longer poses with a professional life model. Along the way, Enrique will share insights from artists such as Auguste Rodin, Gustav Klimt, and Egon Schiele, demonstrating how line and distortion can bring out movement and character in the figure. This will help you create drawings with greater expression and depth while also strengthening the quality of your line work.
