Join us for an evening of renewal, harmony, and creative emergence. Through gentle movement, guided meditation, breath, and sound, we will:

The ritual weaves energy work, sound, and movement into a living prayer of gratitude for life’s reawakening.
No prior experience is needed—simply bring your openness and curiosity.

Includes herbal tea and seasonal spring treats following the ceremony.

• A small jar of soil or moss from your garden (optional)
