Support groups can provide a sense of belonging, make social connections, and share ideas, learn and deepen understanding for recovery and ask questions. It is a safe place to share, listen and give and get support surrounded by people who understand or are walking a similar path.

Where: St John's, 31 Palmer Street, Te Awamutu
Time: 10.30 am till 12pm.
