Sciatic Pain Workshop

Join us for a 1.5-hour workshop focused on understanding and easing sciatic pain. We’ll begin with a brief overview of the anatomy behind sciatica led by Dr. Mackenzie Marci from Whipple City Family Chiropractic, followed by practical insights on prevention and treatment from a chiropractor’s perspective. Then, Jenette will guide you through gentle, seated stretches and strengthening exercises inspired by Pilates and yoga to help relieve tension, improve mobility, and support long-term comfort.
