Join East Anglia Systema for a rare two-day seminar with Ryo Onishi (Systema Osaka & Systema Japan).

The seminar will explore how to remain relaxed, mobile and effective when facing physical, mental and emotional pressure. Through partner exercises, movement drills and practical applications, participants will learn how to:

About Ryo
Ryo Onishi has trained directly under Vladimir Vasiliev and Mikhail Ryabko for over 20 years. As Chief Instructor of Systema Osaka and a Director of Systema Japan, he is recognised as one of the most experienced Systema instructors and regularly teaches seminars throughout Europe, North America and Asia.
