There are few treats that trigger a festive mood like caviar and sparkling wine, and we're going to be generous with both this evening.Though caviar is simply fish roe and a few grapes are all it takes to make sparkling wine, both delicacies are nuanced, varied, and complex, and come with volumes of cultural history.But we won't stop here! We'll also offer oysters to lift this evening a notch higher. We will share our favorite varieties of each, discussing the unique factors that influence flavors and textures, and leaving you with plenty of inspiration for the new year.To fully participate in the class:1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a caviar, oysters, champagne, and accompaniments for one.2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).3. This event is for 21+.
