After that, expect a ceviche course.With your appetite whet, you can look forward to a heartier seafood and pasta course. As always, we will offer outstanding pairings that you can replicate at home.Dessert will compliment these wonderful tastes from the sea and, of course, there will be chocolate!At this premiere class, a maximum of 14 guests will receive the best that Formaggio Kitchen has to offer. You will be seated in our retail location with the full attention of our chefs and food educators. To fully participate in the class:1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as oysters, a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 6:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).3. This event is for 21+.
