We'd never make you choose! Join us as we lead you on a tasting featuring the exquisite and unique Formaggio Kitchen chocolate selection expertly paired with cheeses from around the world. In this class you'll sample amazing chocolates with bean origins from around the world and learn how to pair these delicacies with a wide variety of cheeses in exciting and new ways. (Ever had dark chocolate and blue cheese? Delicious.) Of course, you'll complete the trifecta by sampling some of the best wine pairings for chocolate and cheese along the way.To fully participate in the class:1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).3. This event is for 21+.
