This class will take you on a multi-course culinary expedition that will highlight mountaintop traditions such as oozy Swiss Raclette, a hearty, saucy meat dish, and rich Comté fondue and more! And, in the tradition of our premiere series classes, the wine and drinks will be flowing while you enjoy a seated, intimate experience in our shop after hours.Whether you're a ski enthusiast or simply love good food and wine, this event is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy a unique and memorable evening. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, , wine, and accompaniments for one.2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).3. This is an event for those who are 21+.
