Bob Dall’s short stories have been published in The Carolina Quarterly, Hunger Mountain, Clarion, and other literary magazines. He was named a finalist in the Massachusetts Cultural Council’s Artist Fellowships Program, and his unpublished novel In the Box was a finalist for the James Jones First Novel Fellowship. Bob has completed two residencies at the Vermont Studio Center and served on the board of the Writers’ Room of Boston, a nonprofit organization providing workspace and community for writers in all genres. He makes his living in medical publishing, lives in Cambridge, MA.

Susan Dworkin wrote the New York Times best-seller “The Nazi Officer’s Wife”, a true story of love and terror in the Third Reich, with the woman who lived it, the late Edith Hahn Beer. Her novels include “Stolen Goods”, “The Book of Candy”, “The Commons”, and most recently, “The Garden Lady”, whose troubled heroine seeks redemption by building a great public garden in a revolting sanitary landfill.  Her non-fiction includes “The Ms. Guide to a Woman’s Health”, written with Dr. Cynthia W. Cooke; the popular behind-the-camera film study “Making Tootsie”; and “The Viking in the Wheat Field”, about the crusading seed-saver, Dr. Bent Skovmand. A long-time contributor to Ms. Magazine, Susan wrote the HBO-Ms documentary “She’s Nobody’s Baby, a History of American Women”. It won a Peabody Award. Her stories have appeared in Ms, Moment Magazine, The Bellevue Literary Review, The Berkshire Review, Lilith and other periodicals.

Eric Grunwald is a poet, translator, reviewer, and teacher. His work is forthcoming in Great River Review and The Sonneteer and has appeared previously in Prick of the Spindle, The MacGuffin, Two Lines, The Boston Sunday Globe, and elsewhere. He has a master’s in writing fiction from Boston University but eventually wanted to earn more morning and so switched to poetry. He has served as managing editor of Agni and chair of PEN New England’s Freedom-to-Write Committee, running its prison writing workshops in Massachusetts prisons. He has received grants and fellowships from the Ludwig Vogelstein Foundation, the St. Botolph’s Club Foundation, elsewhere. He now directs the English Language Studies program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
