- **Event Description**: Join us at Blackwater NWR for a weekend workshop of guided in-the-field photo opportunities and classroom digital editing instruction.About this EventInstructors – Phil and Becky Witt, Dave and Cathy DesRochers, and Jack and Ellen Moskowitz, Associate NaturalistsBlackwater National Wildlife Refuge is one of the gems of the eastern shore of Maryland, lying in the marshland at the edge of the Chesapeake Bay. This weekend workshop will include both photo opportunities in the field, where instructors will work with participants to capture the best images, especially of wildlife, sunrises, and sunsets, and classroom work to instruct participants on digital editing of their images.COST: $225.00 per person. Does not include transportation, lodging, or meals.Lodging: We have reserved rooms for participants at the Holiday Inn Express in Cambridge, MD. Deadline to reserve a room is November 15.Ticket sales end on 11/15/25 at 5:00 PM.CANCELLATION: NJ Audubon’s programs require a minimum number of registrants to run. If we cancel, due to lack of participation, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and are eligible for a full refund. Participants may cancel without penalty if greater than 48 hours in advance. Sorry, no refund for cancellations less than 48 hours in advance unless due to health emergencies; however registrations can be transferred to another program in the future.Interested in becoming a member?
