You will map your career journey using a Career Timeline Reflection, identify patterns, and assess alignment through a structured framework, surfacing what you’re good at, what you enjoy, what you don’t enjoy and more. The session  also incorporates principles from human-centered design, encouraging participants to reframe their experiences, generate possible career directions, and prototype next steps. Born and raised in Boston, she brings a deep commitment to building inclusive systems that support individuals and communities in achieving sustainable success.Naomi holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University and has spent her career at the intersection of strategy, program design, and people-centered leadership. As a career coach and consultant, she has supported professionals and emerging leaders through career transitions, helping them clarify goals, build transferable skills, and navigate complex workforce systems with confidence.Throughout her work, Naomi has led and supported programs focused on entrepreneurship, workforce development, and community well-being, with a particular emphasis on access, belonging, and long-term impact. She is passionate about contributing her expertise in program leadership, strategic partnerships, and equity-centered practice in board service.Evan Chan is a civic designer, facilitator, and community-builder who is passionate about improving government services and fostering equitable outcomes. He has worked as a public servant and as a consultant, navigating complex bureaucracies and centering the voices of residents and frontline workers at all levels of government. Before coming to design, he worked as a Christian youth minister with a university student organization, mentoring students and fostering a vibrant community.
