I AM ME:
Helps women who are victim-survivors of family violence to rebuild their identity. Provides a safe environment where women can learn skills and acquire knowledge. Develops strong support structures through new friendships and connections. Encourages survivors to envisage a new future and formulate a plan.
Empowers women to break the cycle of intergenerational violence.

Family violence does not discriminate - it impacts people of all ages, ethnicities, religions, genders and social standing. It’s in our own backyard and as a community we need to work together to provide support.
