There will also be the opportunity to compete for two $2,000 prizes (Judges Award and Audience Favorite). This is a signature event in its 19th year!Selected applicants will be provided with:● Opportunity for a one-minute pitch to all attendees● Exhibit space at the showcase● Pitch-prep webinarYou are welcome to apply if:● You are a PI or researcher affiliated with a Massachusetts university or academic research hospital or a member of a team/spinout working with a PI.● You are working on commercializing life sciences technology/IP with the tech transfer office at your institution (you will be asked to provide contact info for who you are working with).● You have not raised or do not expect to raise more than $2M in dilutive funding (angel, venture) prior to the event.Accepted applicants must be available to attend the MALSI 2026 event at The Engine, 750 Main St., Cambridge, MA from 1pm -7pm on July 23, 2026.The application deadline was June 19th.
