Please arrive at least 30 minutes early on ride day for pre-ride administration.

Participant eligibility, requirements, & regulations:

1. For the rider’s own safety, proper riding attire is required before an individual will be permitted to participate in the Demonstration Ride. This includes helmets (subject to exemption under applicable laws) approved by DOT, CSA and/or SNELL. Minimum ¾ inch padding required. No beanies. Closed toe, over-the-ankle footwear, long pants, and eye protection are mandatory. Riding jackets and gloves are optional.

2. All riders and passengers must be 18 years of age or the minimum age applicable in each province.

3. Riders must have a valid motorcycle licence; holders of a temporary or first level learners licence will not be permitted to ride. (i.e. In Ontario, M1 holders cannot ride; M2 or full M are required)

4. Rider eligibility is subject to change without notice.

5. Demonstration Ride is subject to weather conditions and may be canceled or postponed at any time.

6. Except as set forth in regulation7, To ensure the safety of all riders, the Demo Team of the Released Parties will have the final say on rider eligibility and proper riding gear.

7. Each Released Party has and reserves the right to, in its sole discretion, immediately stop or prevent a rider from participating in the Demonstration Ride or remove a rider from the Demonstration Ride, such as for unacceptable conduct or behaviour during the Demonstration Ride by the rider.

8. During the Demonstration Ride, any and all riders must follow the rules and instructions of the Demo Team and comply with all applicable laws.
