We'll be going over tips and process for how to follow a sewing pattern, covering key topics such as:How to measure correctlyHow much fabric to buyKey elements of a patternMaking it fit youLayout of pattern on fabricConstruction instructionsTesting and fixing mistakesOur host sewist will use a beginner-friendly pattern, such as PJ pants, to discuss the topics. However, feel free to bring a pattern that you have purchased, and we can help to answer any questions when possible. If you found a pattern online and have the PDF, please bring the printed pattern on paper, not the digital PDF form. You can also purchase beginner friendly patterns from the store when you arrive!Each ticket is valid for one attendee only, and we’re not able to offer a guest option for this workshop. Please note that a minimum of two attendees is required for the workshop to run. In the rare case that no one else is registered a few days before the scheduled start time, we’ll reach out to let you know.
