John Born at the Spectrum Pub

John is an Andover native who’s been playing in the Quad Cities for over 20 years. John Born is an Iowa born Original American Rock & Roll Artist who writes hard drinkin’, outlaw, country, punk-rock, ballads and anthems. Inspired by the historical and current stories of the iron grit, blue-collar average citizens, his songs are built on the dark fields of the American landscape.

In addition to his library of original music, John performs a variety of covers from all genres and decades. He has performed throughout the Midwest from dive bars to stages, and even a cow pasture.

With every performance John’s passion for music and rock & roll energy can be felt by all.
