Do you love a good glass of white wine? Know the difference between a Chablis and a Trebbiano? If you’re as confused as most people about these delicious and refreshing wines, and you want to learn what distinguishes one type of white wine from another, then this class is for you!
Join educator and white wine aficionado Kim Simone for this introductory class exploring white wines from around the world! She will help you understand why wines might be named for their place of origin or their grape variety, and you’ll explore the flavor and textural differences between each one. Find a new favorite (or two!) and leave with a greater understanding for your next shopping trip or dinner.
**We will make every effort to accommodate food allergies and/or dietary restrictions, but, due to the fact that we work with small producers from around the globe, we are unable to guarantee or protect from cross contamination**
Location: Commonwealth Wine School
Instructor: Kim Simone
All participants must be at least 21 years old.
