You’ll learn how sweetness is balanced in wine, why some sweet wines age gracefully for decades, and how to select the perfect bottle for any occasion. Whether you love dessert wines or are simply curious about this fascinating category, this class will leave you with a newfound appreciation for the world of sweetness in wine.
