She studied at Satchidananda Ashram-Yogaville, in Virginia, and lived in the same Yoga community for 3 years thereafter, teaching Hatha to guests and community members. She now lives in the Cambridge area, hoping to share the classical Integral Yoga techniques that made powerful, positive impacts in her life.Sadhu-Jesse Gallagher is an Integral Yoga teacher and life-long musician. He traveled & performed extensively as a founding member of the band Apollo Sunshine from 2001-2010, and since has released several albums under his own name (The Inner Sound 2020, Visual Music Vol. #1 & #2). He has practiced meditation & yoga since 2000.
