I'll share evidence informed tips to build a strong sleep foundation for babies aged 0-6 months. Perfect for new parents who want a calm, supportive environment to learn and ask questions. You will leave with a sense of confidence, calm and clarity with your baby's sleep.

I am a Level 6 certified Holistic Infant Sleep Coach who prioritises attachment, child development and parental mental health. I am fully DBS checked and fully insured with Holistic Insurance.
