Join former curatorial fellow Susanne Bartels for a gallery talk exploring the special exhibition On Location: Drawing the Outdoors. The talk will examine how 19th-century artists—such as Jean-François Millet, Vincent van Gogh, and Édouard Manet—responded to the far-reaching transformations of industrialization and urbanization reshaping both the land and those who inhabited it.
