An all-year round open water swimmer and a huge champion of lidos, Simon will speak about swimming through the seasons, giving practical tips and guidelines.· Rachael McGrath, a Research Affiliate at the London Interdisciplinary School. Rachael’s dissertation, “Should Saunas be Prescribed?”, informed a recently published, co-authored paper with Dr Martha Newson published in Social Science & Medicine, exploring sauna, belonging, and wellbeing.Places are limited – so book early to avoid disappointment
