Design for Impact: Hinged Knee Braces (Session 2)

Have you ever wondered how engineers turn ideas into devices that can help people? Join our workshop to explore hinged knee braces with a certified orthotics & prosthetics assistant! Participants will build prototypes by applying biomechanics and range-of-motion engineering to learn about the design thinking process and to develop problem-solving and teamwork skills. This program is intended for girls ages 13-17.
