He will be in the shop on March 1st ready to demystify the cheese counter by breaking down different styles, flavors, and textures in a way that’s easy to understand while creating a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, tasting new things, and expanding their palates.You’ll taste a variety of cheeses alongside complementary wines, understand what makes each pairing work, and gain insider tips for selecting, sampling, and serving with confidence.Whether you're a total beginner or a budding enthusiast, this fun and interactive session will leave you ready to approach any cheese counter—or wine shop—with ease.To fully participate in the class:1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).3. This event is for 21+.
