Classic Series: American Artisans—$75

European countries may have had a bit of a head start on cheesemaking (okay, they’ve been making cheese for a few millenia… so what?), but artisans across the US are catching up, keeping pace, and combining distinctly American touches with centuries-old traditions to create innovative and delicious new products. We’ll be showcasing some of our favorite US cheeses, from fresh chevres to farmhouse cheddars, and pairing each one harmoniously with domestic beers and accompaniments. Join us for a tasty and educational deep dive into all things born in the US!

To fully participate in the class:1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).3. This event is for 21+. Our classroom coordinator will help you to determine if the class can be modified to accomodate your needs.
