We'll gather at our cheese counter after the store has closed to begin sipping our favorite wines.We all know wine and cheese are a match made in heaven. But what about charcuterie? Doesn't prosciutto and pate have a place on your plate? Absolutely! When done right, the combination of wine, cheese, and charcuterie can be magical. Join our cheesemonger and wine seller as they guide you through a tasting journey of their favorite combinations. You'll sample our world-class cheeses and wines paired with award-winning house-made pates, cured meats, and other charcuterie that will make you a believer!When the class is over, you'll have new favorites to enjoy at home on a quiet winter night in front of the fireplace or at game night with friends!To fully participate in the class:1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!). **Limited seating is available.
