But what makes them so special? What should you use them for? How do we know when they're good? We'll be talking a bit about what makes truffles so interesting and desirable.In addition, the evening will feature wine and cheese accompaniments that will complete your truffle pairings!Join us to just to chat and learn, or take us up on add-on options to take home a whole truffle, a kit and recipe for making a traditional truffle pasta, and a fabulous wine to pair. This class is great for the truffle curious and truffle enthusiast alike. Join us!To fully participate in the class:1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as truffle tasting, cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a standing event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to classes@formaggiocambridge.com when you make your reservation if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions or requires seating.
