Presented as part of the Ten Good Years exhibition at Heong Gallery, the performance draws out sonic moments from Heygate's interactions with each piano, seeking a meeting point between them.Using analogue tape-looping processes, Beaming unfolds as a live collage that catalyses shifting moments of harmony, counterpoint, and serendipity. In dialogue with the Ten Good Years exhibition, it traces connections across time, place, and the people who inhabit them.The performance will be followed by a Q&A with Flaer.There will be another live performance of Beaming at Porthmeor Studios, St Ives, Cornwall on September 25th, 19.30 - free entry. ..
