Plus, as a dynamic improviser, he’s worked magic with Shabaka Hutchings, Thurston Moore, Evan Parker, and countless others. For his visit to Cambridge he’ll be offering solo interpretations of his “ghost rock” project, Alex Rex, a vessel for his most restless, soaring, and emotionally resonant songwriting.
