These values also underpin the Dialogue process developed at the Nansen Center for Peace and Dialogue. The work of the Center initially involved facilitating dialogue between participants from the former Yugoslavia on both sides of the war, and has adapted and developed its approach over its 30 year history, also taking the work into new conflict zones. Steinar will outline some of the current work and latest initiatives that the Peace Center is developing.>>>>Steinar Bryn has a PH.D in American Studies from the University of Minnesota. He has been a teacher, director and researcher at the Nansen Academy in Lillehammer, and head of Dialogue at the Nansen Center for Peace and Dialogue for the last 30 years. He is a well-known peace activist in Norway and has years of experience as a dialogue worker in the Balkans, Ukraine and the Middle East.
