Created by Vincent Martínez-Grieco, is a transformative conscious dance practice that celebrates authenticity, creativity, sensitivity, and connection. Rooted in deep listening and sensory awareness, it offers a journey back to your living, breathing self.
Guided by simple somatic inquiries and accompanied by music from diverse genres around the world, dancers are invited to attune to their inner and outer landscapes and express their unique, embodied movement.
This practice fosters deep self-meeting and weaves community through each person’s authentic expression and inclusive awareness.
