What to Expect
The morning will include:
• A gentle, mindful walk in the springtime woods
• Optional tree-hugging and mindful reflection among the spring blooms
• A shared picnic (weather dependent) and social time
• Conversation starter cards for relaxed, meaningful connection
• Oracle cards for reflection and personal insight
• A simple spring-themed craft activity to create a keepsake from the day
All activities are optional , you can take part in as much or as little as feels right for you.
Picnic & Refreshments
Some light snacks will be provided.
Please bring your own picnic/lunch items and drinks to enjoy during our shared social time.
Picnic will be weather dependant for fhe spring gathering.

This event is open to everyone — whether you’re new to spiritual practices or already enjoy connecting with nature and reflection.
No prior experience is needed. The focus is on community, presence, and connection rather than performance or outcomes.

This is a low-cost community event to support accessibility:
• Subsidised – £8
For those who would otherwise be unable to attend.
• Standard – £15 (recommended)
Supports the running of the event and community wellbeing activities.
• Supporter – £20
Helps us offer free or low-cost spaces at future events, reducing barriers and supporting community access to spiritual wellbeing sessions.
Any income raised helps cover materials, refreshments, and the running of community wellbeing activities. Any surplus is reinvested into future free or low-cost community events.
Important Notes
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking and being outdoors
Bring a blanket or something to sit on if you wish
Activities are reflective and wellbeing-focused and are not a therapeutic or clinical intervention
Spring weather can be variable — please bring water, suitable footwear, and sun/rain protection as needed
