If you’re a mum who’s been thinking, “I love my baby, but wow… this is a LOT,” then Mummas in Mind was created with you in mind.

This six-week group is for you if you’re:
? Craving a bit of calm and headspace in the whirlwind of new motherhood
? Looking for a gentle, non-judgemental space that’s about you, not milestones or tummy time
? Wanting to feel more grounded, confident and connected in those long days with a tiny human
? Missing adult conversation and a sense of community
? Curious about tools that help your nervous system, your mood and your general sense of “I can do this”

Each week we focus on you — your wellbeing, your identity, your confidence and what helps you feel resourced and supported. No pressure. No expectations. Just a warm group of mums, proper conversations, and practical tools you can use straight away.

Most mums tell me that after just a week or two they feel:
