Discover the power of contrast therapy and breathwork, giving you the tools and techniques to manage stress and anxiety in the body and mind throughout the seasons. You'll be joined by world-class coach and mentor from Master Oxygen Advantage, David "Jacko" Jackson, who will guide you through the thermal spaces of the spa, exposing you to heat and cold, whilst teaching you to master your breath to boost recovery, reduce tension, and enhance clarity.

You'll also be treated to a bespoke Body Strategist Longevity Hot and Cold Wellbeing treatment from Comfort Zone. Using cryo spheres and acupuncture-inspired massage techniques to improve microcirculation and muscle aches, whilst hydrating and nourishing the skin.

Combined with a delicious lunch, extra spa time and your choice to stay for the night or just the day, you'll leave with a deep sense of wellbeing and connection with your body.

Saturday 24th October

Day experience:

Contrast therapy breathwork with Jacko Jackson
55 minute Hot and Cold Wellbeing treatment
Shared lunch in Themis restaurant
Full spa access from 8am to 7pm
Overnight experience is all of the above, plus:

Full spa access until 2pm on the day of departure
Overnight stay in the room or suite of your choice.
Breakfast in Hillfield restaurant
