General Guidelines:
- Reading Room will open at 6:15 p.m.
- Readers must sign in by 6:25 p.m.
- Poetry readings will begin by 6:30 p.m.
- Readers may use original poems (preferred) or favorites.
- Order of readings will be commensurate with sign-in sheet.
- Each reader will have 3-5 minutes to read depending upon total number.
- Observer feedback / comments will open after the final poet has read.

Guidelines for Readers:
- Poems should not contain language unsuitable for family, e.g. profanity, sexually explicit.
- Time limitations will be strictly enforced to ensure all readers can participate.
- As a courtesy, please remain present until the final poems are read.
