Featuring our own Peri Muhich, we’ll dive into the experiences of passengers on the Titanic, from the two days spent sailing without incident, to the crash and tragic sinking, to the rescue on the Carpathia for those fortunate enough to survive. 

Muhich’s talk, "Keeping Afloat: A Bittersweet Chronicle of Two Women Who Endured the Sinking of the Titanic", tells this epic story through the lens of a Pacific Northwest passenger, Mrs. Anna Warren, who lived to tell the tale. 

The tale of the Titanic has new life and local focus as Muhich shares the experience of this brave woman, who found herself traveling first class on the Titanic in order to return home to the Pacific Northwest after an anniversary trip abroad with her husband. 

Muhich says to expect, “A very personal perspective of a world renowned event!”
