This fireside evening at Lacamas Lake Lodge is a chance to exhale, reset your nervous system, and come home to your body through transformational breathwork infused with Reiki.

We begin slowly with guided arrival, grounding, and a clear explanation of breathwork so you feel oriented and supported. You will be led through settling in to help your nervous system feel safe and ready before the active breathing begins.
From there, we move into a transformational breathwork journey with approximately 40 minutes of active breathing. Reiki is offered throughout to support regulation, emotional release, and deeper clarity. We close with a sound bath and gentle integration so you leave feeling steady, open, and restored. This experience can support stress relief, nervous system renewal, emotional release, and a felt sense of clarity and inner peace.

About Your Guide
Siri Baruc Thornton is the founder of sage + blush wellness and a Reiki Master of Masters with 30 years of experience in energy medicine and intuitive healing. She is a Transformational Breathwork teacher known for creating grounded, heart led spaces that support nervous system safety, emotional release, and deep clarity. She leads women's retreats and in person gatherings in the Pacific Northwest, blending breathwork, Reiki, and sound to help people soften out of stress, reconnect to what is true, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and restored.
