This Chair Pilates class offers an accessible and supportive introduction to Pilates using a standard chair and a variety of Pilates props. Led by Megan of Gorge Movement Collective, you'll explore core strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and mindful movement through low-impact exercises that can be adapted for a range of abilities and fitness levels.
The chair provides stability and support while helping participants experience the benefits of Pilates in a comfortable, approachable way. Whether you're new to Pilates, returning to movement, or simply looking for a different way to build strength and mobility, this class offers a welcoming environment to move, learn, and feel your best.
