Each new and full moon, we work with the cycle through a lunar update, collective oracle reading, an embodied yoga flow centered on internal fluidity, and deep rest through Yoga Nidra. On every session you will discover a new practice which will be connected to the theme of the cycle.

New Moon sessions will focus on intentions, renewal and planting seeds, meanwhile the Full Moon sessions on releasing and letting go.

These series will nurture your body, support your nervous system and help you to strengthen your connection with your intuition.

During these sessions you will tune into the current phase of the moon with the following practices:
- Lunar Update — what the moon’s cycle is pointing toward energetically
- Collective Oracle Reading — a message for all participants in the group
- Yoga Flow — flow through a sequence with your body - like a moving meditation
- Yoga Nidra — systematic rest to integrate and access deeper clarity

12 sessions (each 90 minutes long) - lifetime access to the recordings

Our Yoga Mind - Lilla

My journey to self-enquiry started in my early childhood. Since I was a teenager, I had a genuine curiosity about the psyche and the persona who lies within us. Later that led me to study more about the fascinating science of the mind and in 2012 I gained my Masters Degree as a Psychologist. However, my other passion for mindful movement constantly made me feel that there is a much stronger connection between mind, body and spirit than we would ever think.

After I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2015, my powerful healing journey has started. Discovering yoga and meditation helped me to integrate different health aspects and create a holistic approach in my everyday life which I happily use now whenever I teach. I am deeply passionate about transformation & personal development and I love to share those beautiful teachings of ancient practices which also formed me in the past years to become a better version of myself.

I am looking forward to co-create magic with you!
