Cowgirls Tavern Ticket Refund Policy
General Policy – All Tickets Final
For most events, tickets are non-refundable, and they cannot be exchanged or transferred if you’re unable to attend—especially for no-shows or scheduling conflicts.
If an Event Is Canceled
Should the venue cancel an event and it is not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund (up to face value). That refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method.
If an Event Is Rescheduled
If a show is postponed or moved to another date, tickets are usually honored for the new date and time, with no refund offered by default. You may be allowed to use the ticket, but policies can vary based on who’s hosting or promoting the event.
