Kristina Bloom and Linda Ledbeter are once again combining their unique experiences and talents to bring you a retreat like no other!
As our world is ascending into Fifth Dimensional Energy (yes, it really is!) we are finding that the way we move in the physical world needs to change. Third dimensional solutions don't work in a Fifth dimensional timeline, so we will offer ways to find Fifth dimensional solutions.
Starting with the importance of taking more responsibility for our physical health, and we will share information about how and where to find Naturopathic and Holistic Health practitioners. We will also begin and end our days with gentle somatic movements to help release cortisol. Additionally, we will provide fun and relaxing group activities to help you disconnect for a moment from all of the insanity happening in the world.
