The Gladstone Region Neighbourhood Centre is partnering with Health First Gladstone to bring Calliope and surrounding residents a FREE 8-week physiotherapy-led exercise program, designed especially for adults aged 50 and over.

⚖️ This fun and supportive program focuses on improving balance, stability, and strength through a variety of safe, guided exercises. Sessions are tailored to suit all fitness levels, with modified options available. Whether you're new to exercise or simply looking to maintain your fitness, you’re welcome to join!
