As we enter AEP and OEP over the next few weeks, I’m stuck starting the process of getting the 5th Annual Health and Safety Expo off the ground. Here are the main needs right now and the information. Please share with your friends. 

We need:

1) Sponsors- request a sponsor packet. Some packages are exclusive so hurry fast to get your brand out there for this event 

2) Vendors- food trucks, drink, snack vendors for the Friday Night Block Party. 

3) Vendors- bouncy houses, pony rides,
Hay ride, train rides, games, and fun events for kids.

4) VOLUNTEERS- for both Friday night and Saturday at the Expo. 

5) Artists for our outdoor concert and firework show at the Callahan fairground on June 5 from 5-10

6) Security.
