This one-hour class will be held on the second Saturday of each month at 9 AM. As we hike through the redwoods, Kerry will offer a variety of exercises to work the whole body! She will finish with additional core exercises and stretches. This class will be complementary to NVSP members and a $10 day use/parking fee for non-members.
