MedCamps 31st Annual Fun Shoot

It is Fun Shoot time again! This will be our 31st Annual Fun Shoot and we are excited to announce that once again the event will be hosted at the Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office Training Center & Public Range. The sporting clay course will be staged and operated by Promatic, the country’s leading manufacturer of automated clay traps.

The Fun Shoot is a 5-person team, 100-target sporting clay tournament, and will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025. It is open to shooters of all skill levels. The tournament will offer two flights (8am and 11:15am) and choice of flight will be guaranteed for teams purchasing Gold-level packages only.

Since MedCamps of Louisiana’s founding in 1987, no dues or fees have been charged for children living with chronic illnesses and disabilities to attend our camping programs. Camp is free due in large part to the continued success of this event and because of people just like you.
