Yoga Traditions, is a class that brings us back to the basic fundamentals of yoga; Asana (posture), Pranayama (Breath), Meditation, and Mudras to name a few.
We will dive into the ancient traditions of yoga with a focus on body, breath and how to link the two. All classes include meditation (5 - 10 minutes). This class is aimed towards Beginners and intermediate yoga practitioners. Learn how this simple movement meditation can bring us back to our body and mind. Each week we will build on the previous week, by the end of the 6 weeks you'll develop a deeper self practice.
These classes will leave you feeling energetic and more confident on your mat. I look forward to seeing you all.
